The NCME and Psychometric Society List of Graduate Programs
in Psychometrics and Educational Measurement
The National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) and the Psychometric Society jointly maintain this international list of graduate programs and faculty that support competencies in Psychometrics and Educational Measurement throughout the world.

The primary purpose of this list is to provide prospective applicants with information about the strong network of graduate institutions throughout the world that supports NCME and the Psychometric Society’s shared goals of advancing the theory and practice of measurement in psychology, education, and related fields. The secondary purpose is to foster exchange and dialogue among programs worldwide. Current graduate students, faculty, government employees, and the public may also use this list to better appreciate the breadth and geography of expertise in the field.
All of these graduate programs develop expertise in psychometrics and/or educational measurement. However, programs vary in size, discipline, focus, funding, and possible future career paths. For more information, please follow the embedded links in the list, which describe programs, admissions procedures, faculty members, related degrees, and related centers, as applicable.
