NCME invites you to submit a proposal for the 2027 Annual Meeting by September 13. Full call for proposal details and portal access link may be found below.

The 2027 National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) Annual Meeting will be in Toronto, April 14–17, with April 14 being a training session day. As part of an expanded conference experience, NCME will host a virtual component on June 2–3, creating new pathways for connection, learning, and engagement with the Annual Meeting.

Call for Proposals

NCME invites you to submit a proposal for presentations and training sessions at its 2027 Annual Meeting. The portal is now available! NCME will accept the submission of proposals through Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT.

The theme of the 2027 NCME Annual Meeting, “Moving Educational Measurement Forward in Dynamically Changing Technological and Societal Contexts,” highlights the need for the field to respond proactively and thoughtfully to rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI), as well as to evolving educational systems and societal contexts.
