Classroom Assessment Series Part 2: From the Classroom to the Capitol
February 12 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm EST
The NCME Classroom Assessment Committee invites you to attend the second session in its three-part Classroom Assessment Series. This session—“From the Classroom to the Capitol”—focuses on how classroom assessment can inform and influence educational policy at district, state, and federal levels.
Dr. Warner will share insights on how local assessment practices can shape broader policy decisions and offer strategies for communicating the value and impact of classroom assessment beyond the school building.
This event is open to all NCME members and those interested in the intersection of classroom assessment and policy.
Presenter
Dr. Zach Warner, Assistant Commissioner for the Office of State Assessment at the New York State Education Department
