When registering for the 2012 Annual Meeting, you need to do so through the AERA online system. AERA handles all registration questions and inquiries. Take advantage of early bird rates by registering prior to March 2, 2012. The link to online registration is below:

Since the 2012 Annual Meeting will be held in Canada you will need a valid passport and, potentially, a visa to travel to this meeting (unless you are Canadian of course).
