All accounts with active memberships and engagement within the past 5 years were transitioned to the new system.
To access your account, you can:
- Select “Login” in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select “Forgot Password” underneath the login fields. Note that your username has not changed.Follow the steps to reset your password. Note that you should utilize the email address currently affiliated with your NCME account.

If you previously had an account with NCME and are unable to access it, please first reach out to our Member Services Team at ncme@ncme.org to confirm prior to creating a new account to avoid duplicates.
To create a new account, you can:
- Select “Login” in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select “New Member” underneath the login fields.Proceed with creating an account.
- You will be asked to enter your institution/company. Please search for and add your employer. If it does not appear in the search, please reach out to our Member Services Team at ncme@ncme.org for an Employer Record to be created.
- Once logged in to your account, select “My Account” in the upper right corner of the page. This will take you to your My Account Dashboard.
- On the left side of the Dashboard page, you will see basic profile information for yourself. Select the “Update Profile” button in this section to make updates.
If your membership is up for renewal for 2026, you will see a “Membership Renewal” section on your My Account Dashboard. You simply need to select the “Pay Now” button to add it to your cart. To navigate to your My Account Dashboard, log into your account at ncme.org and select “My Account” in the upper right corner.
Your My Account Dashboard contains your profile information, invoices and receipts, and event registrations.
From here you can:
- View and update your profile
- View and pay invoices – including your membership renewal invoice
- Download invoices and receipts
- View past and current event registrations
- Register for events
- Join NCME as a member

If you’d like to join a SIGIMIE or engage with a group to which you belong, you can access the Communities Portal. You will be required to login to access this area of the website; SIGIMIEs are only available to current NCME members. You can find more assistance on using the Communities Portal through this Help page.
Once logged into the website, please navigate to the Communities Portal. From here:
- To join, click the “+Join Group” button. Note that if you are already a part of a particular SIGIMIE, it will say “Member.”
- To leave a SIGIMIE, hover over the “Member” button and select “Leave Group.”
