Chad Gotch, Washington State University (Chair, 2010-2011) |
| Chad is a third year doctoral student in the Educational Psychology – Research, Evaluation, and Measurement program at Washington State University. He has experience in enrollment management and co-curricular assessment in higher education. In his studies, Chad is interested in educational measurement literacy, score reporting, validity argumentation, and school readiness. He enjoys sharing time with his wife and daughter and running, though no longer with any amount of speed. | |

Ying Li, University of Maryland (2010-2012) |
| Ying is a forth year doctoral student in the department of Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation at University of Maryland. Prior to her graduate studies, she has worked as a high school mathematics teacher in Beijing, China for two years. Her research interests are multidimensional IRT models such as testlet models, vertical scaling, item fit statistics, multi-group confirmatory factor analysis, and validity and consequential validity of assessments. | |

George MacDonald, University of South Florida (2009-2011) |
| George MacDonald is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Research and Measurement with a Cognate in Cognition. He holds a Masters in Divinity (M.Div.) from the Atlantic School of Theology, 1982; a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy & English, from Mount Allison University, 1979, an Honors Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, Sum Cum Laude, from Saint Leo University, 2009. Previously, George enjoyed a distinguished and successful career as a minister of religion where he served as pastor for a number of Pastoral Charges. During his twenty-five year career he also served as the Executive Secretary of the Montreal Presbytery, of the United Church of Canada. He is fluent in both English and French. | |

Aminah Perkins, Emory University (2009-2011) |
| Aminah is a third year doctoral student at Emory University in the Division of Educational Studies. She earned a B.A. in mathematics from Spelman College and a M.A. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Research, Evaluation, Measurement and Statistics from the University of Georgia. Aminah seeks to combine her analytical capabilities with her passion for educational reform to become a research methodologist, specializing in quantitative methods. Her research interest is educational measurement; specifically differential item functioning, differential person functioning, scale validity and scale reliability. | |

Chia-Lin Tsai, University of Missouri (2010-2012) |
| Chia-Lin is a fourth year doctoral student in Educational Psychology- Statistics and Measurement at the University of Missouri. She earned a B.A. in Educational Psychology from National Taiwan Normal University and a M.A. in School Counseling from Boston College. Her research interests include construct validity, multi-level modeling, and large-scale assessment in STEM education. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, cooking, and playing jigsaw puzzles | |

Robert Zwitser, Cito / University of Amsterdam (2010-2012) |
| Robert is a first year doctoral student in a joint program of Cito (a Dutch testing and assessment company), and the University of Amsterdam. His interests involve statistical modelling in relation to scoring exams. His research includes issues of dimensionality, subscale scoring, parameter estimation, and adaptive testing. Besides his research, he also likes to teach statistics to undergraduate students. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, and singing in vocal ensembles. |
